Refund Policy
We offer full refunds only if we're unable to deliver a promised session. No refunds for unused credits.
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule anytime. Just let us know.
Session Expiration
All sessions expire 12 months from purchase date.
Payment Plans
Immediate access to 3 group sessions ($270 value) begins upon first payment. Solo session unlocks after full payment is received. If payments stop, you keep the group sessions already used.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email, and phone number to confirm session bookings. We don't share your info with third parties.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Mickey & Skimmy sessions are collaborative creative experiences. We do not guarantee placements, record deals, chart success, or any commercial outcome. Sessions are for co-writing, production, and creative development only.
Music Rights & Publishing
Commercial Use
Songs created during sessions cannot be commercially released or shared with any contacts without express written discussion and agreement with Mickey & Skimmy.
Publishing Shares
Publishing credit is awarded to all active participants who contribute to a song. We may share publishing credits with attendees for participation alone. All publishing splits will be discussed transparently during and after the session.
Master Rights
Master recording rights are reserved for the recording artist(s) and producer(s) only. Producers, beat makers, and anyone submitting sounds or loops retain all rights to their contributed material.
Terms of Service
By purchasing a session, you agree to our refund and reschedule policies. Sessions can be gifted or transferred to another person. Mickey & Skimmy reserve the right to cancel sessions with 48-hour notice (full refund issued).
